We are not all God’s children, but we are all God’s creation. God’s children are those who are born again. To be born again, you must believe in Jesus and confess Him as Lord, and receive Him into your heart.
In the time of old, the Lord made promises of restoration, reconciliation, healing, and many more to the people of Israel. This was because a time was going to come when the iniquities of the world would be paid for once and for all.
Jesus didn’t promise us a life without tribulations, however He promised never to leave, nor forsake us. When we go through tribulations, we are to go through it with the word of God.
God wants you to be victorious at all times. A Victor is one who wins, one who has overcome, is a champion over circumstances, and has gained mastery over the challenges of life. He is a conqueror. Praise God!
The life of a child of God is not ordinary, it’s a supernatural life. It’s a life of power, and of glory.
I remember when I used pray and beg God to give me His glory. It was a good religious prayer that made me look humble. In fact there’s this song we used to sing back then “You are the Lord that is your name, you will never share your glory with anyone…”
What would you do if you had a friend who spoke to the dead and the dead comes alive: Who speaks to demons and they are cast out, who speaks to the leper and leprosy is cleaned out? A friend who speaks to the sick and they are healed, and speaks to the storm and there is calmness?
The Greek hagiazō is what is translated Sanctify in this text. It means to make holy; that is, to ceremonially purify or consecrate or to make ready to use.
The word of God is your tool to life. It is complete and speaks to every area or aspects of life. This is why you must cultivate the right attitude towards it’s daily reading and studying.
