In the time of old, the Lord made promises of restoration, reconciliation, healing, and many more to the people of Israel. This was because a time was going to come when the iniquities of the world would be paid for once and for all.
The blessings of God was hinged to the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. When Jesus died, the wages of sin was fully paid for which brought about our justification and made us to be recipients of the heavenly blessing_____ The forgiveness of sin, and life eternal.
Now that Jesus has paid the ultimate price and bought us redemption, we are living in that time as we saw in our opening verse. In Jesus , your wounds have been healed. In Jesus you have been brought into prosperity and true peace.
Scripture says, For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory. 2 Corinthians 1:20 NLT
God says “yes” to your healing: He says Yes! to all the desires of your heart for His glory. He says “yes” to your peace. Jesus said, “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.
God is no longer making promises, for in Christ all His promises has been fulfilled. Stop reminding God of promises and start thanking Him for fulfilling them in Christ Jesus. You are now in Christ, and in Him, you are forgiven, saved, provided for, and protected. Your prayers have been answered, and you have life forevermore. Glory to God!
PRAYER:
Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for in Christ, I am forgiving, saved, justified, glorified, and blessed. I walk in this consciousness, knowing that all my needs, are met in Christ Jesus. Amen!
