The Greek word for Imitator is mimetes which frequently depicts an actor playing a role. God wants us to mimic him and be filled with His thoughts, His love, His deeds and His character.
When you are an imitator of God, you speak like Him in chaotic situations and not like an ordinary human. You don’t see things working against you rather, you see them working for your good. Your words must always be the words of God.
To properly imitate God, you have to spend time in the studying Him. This can only be done by studying the word of God and allowing the Holy Spirit have free access to your spirit. Then you’d see that when you speak, you speak God’s word.
God does not work by feelings but by authority and power. Whatever God says is, is. There’s not room for negotiation as His word is law. That’s exactly what you will achieve when you also function like God by imitating Him. Hallelujah!
Speak with authority, speak with power. Never doubt the word of God in your mouth. Speak it with the expectation of seeing your words come to pass. Glory to God!
Speak over your health, speak over your family, speak over everything. Imagine what God would do if He was faced with what your are facing and act just like He will act. You will have the same results nothing short of it. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION:
I have the thoughts, love, power, and authority of God. His words in my mouth are creative forces effecting changes in my life. Praise God!
